Thank you for shopping at thepawsomehouse.com. We are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and securely. Because we partner with global and domestic suppliers to bring you the best products at competitive prices, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days(excluding weekends and major Indian public holidays).

  • You will receive a notification via email and/or SMS once your order has shifted from processing to dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • Pan-India Coverage: We ship to addresses across India, including tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 cities, as well as rural pin codes serviced by our courier partners.

  • Shipping Charges:

    • Standard Shipping is Flat ₹99.

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) incurs an additional handling fee of ₹99.

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Since we curate products from various suppliers, delivery times may vary based on the warehouse location:

  • Domestic Sourced Products: [e.g., 3–7 business days]

  • Internationally Sourced Products: [e.g., 10–20 business days]

Note: Deliveries to remote locations (such as certain parts of Northeast India or Jammu & Kashmir) may take an additional 2–4 business days.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • To ensure successful delivery, all COD orders undergo a verification process. You may receive a verification phone call or WhatsApp message to confirm your order details before dispatch.

  • Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to make the cash payment when the courier executive arrives.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package is handed over to the courier partner, we will share a tracking link and an AWB (Airway Bill) number via your registered email address and phone number. You can track your shipment live on our website or directly on the courier partner's portal.

6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Extreme weather conditions.

  • Regulatory or customs clearance checkpoints (for international items).

  • Localized disruptions or peak holiday seasons (e.g., Diwali, New Year).

If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to our support team, and we will escalate it with the logistics partner immediately.

7. Incorrect Addresses & Undelivered Shipments

  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing the complete and correct shipping address, including the exact Pin Code and a valid contact number.

  • RTO (Return to Origin): If a package is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the receiver after multiple attempts, or refusal of a COD order, a re-shipping fee of [e.g., ₹99] may apply to initiate a second delivery attempt.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is completely torn or open.

  2. If accepted, take clear photos/videos of the damaged packaging before opening it.

  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@thepawsomehouse.com with your order number and the visual proof so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
